東京インタラクションセンターTinCは、東京で最も興味深い歴史的地区・神楽坂のLM3LABS株式会社と場を共有しています。

この場所の選択は意図的なものです。技術が成功するには、既に存在しているものを拠りどころとする必要があるため、伝統とモダニティの間に橋を架け ようとのアイデアからスタートしています。特に日本ではそれが顕著です。

神楽坂は、東京で最もグルメな場所のひとつでもあります。TinCのオフィスは、あらゆるスタイルの何軒もの飲食店に取り囲まれています。神楽坂は 「プチ・パリ」としても有名ですが、多くの人々にとってはむしろ京都の雰囲気が強いようです。TinCのメンバーは、会合やイベントの後で、ディスカッ ションを続けるための選択肢に困ることがありません。

Tokyo Interaction Center (TinC) shares space with LM3LABS in Kagurazaka, one of the most interesting historical districts in Tokyo.

The choice of the place is intentional. It started with a key idea: bridging traditions and modernity, smoothly, because successful technologies always have to rely on what was existing before. This is especially true in Japan.

Kagurazaka is one of the best place to dine in town. TinC’s office is surrounded by hundreds of restaurants of all styles. Kagurazaka is called “Le Petit Paris” but for many it is more Kyoto’s ambiance. TinC’s members will only have choice to continue discussions after TinC’s events.

見る／見られる

オフィスの新築の建物は、TinCの方針を反映しています。街路に向かって露出した、ガラス張りで透明な空間です。

街を行く人々との密接感は、常に多様性について考えさせ、インスピレーションの源となります。

また、人々が周囲の環境の中でどのように動き、相互に関係し合っているか、どのように方向を探し、店舗を眺めているかを分析することができます。

Who watch who?

TinC’s newly built building reflects some elements of TinC’s philosophy. It is highly visible from the street, transparent, mostly made of glass.

This proximity with people walking in the street, is a permanent reminder about diversity and a perpetual source of inspiration.

It is also a great way to analyze how people move and interact with their environment, how they search for street directions, how they watch shops, how they interact with each others.

ルールを破り、より良いものへ

TinCのガラス張りの空間は、素晴らしいショーウインドーでもあり、印象的な映像投射スクリーンや、その他の企画に活用できます。

Breaking some rules, for the better

The glass building of TinC is a great show window and surrounding glass is used for impressive projection or other projects.

TinCのオフィスには広いテラスがあり、カジュアルなスタイルのミーティングやディスカッションができます。別の環境に移ることにより、さらにク リエイティブでフレッシュなアイデアが湧きます。テラスでは、ミーティングが陳腐な会議ではなくなり、生産性が高まります。

TinC’s offices also have a large terrace for casual meetings and discussions. Transporting people in an other environment often helps them to be more creative, get new fresh ideas. It is amazing as meetings are less conventional, more productive on this terrace.




屋内には、カラフルで居心地の良い環境が開かれています。無味乾燥なベージュ一色ではなく、人々が集い合うための空間があります。

限られた物質的な場を超え、TinCはメンバーが相互に共同し、貢献し、情報を受け取るバーチャルなミーティングの場でもあります。このバーチャルな場は、7月23日に公開され、デザイナーや建築家、研究者、エンジニア、ビジネスマンに開かれます。

A Virtual Place too

Beyond the physical place, limited by definition, the TinC is also a virtual meeting place where members will collaborate, contribute, and receive information. This virtual place will be unveil on July 23rd and will be open to designers, architects, researchers, engineers, and business people.
