会員登録規約同意書

  • TinCの目的

    • 東京インタラクションセンター（以下「TinC」）は、日本国東京都に本拠を置く非営利団体である。
    その目的は、イベント、出版活動、コラボレーション、プロジェクトなどを通し、インタラクションとユーザーエクスペリエンスのプロモーションを推進することである。
    TinCは、インタラクションとユーザーエクスペリエンス関心を持つ個人または団体に開かれた組織である。

  • TinC委員会

    • TinC委員会（以下「委員会」）は、TinCとそのイベントの唯一の調停者／監理者である。
    委員会は、いつでもいかなる会員登録を保留または抹消できる。

  • 知的所有権

    • TinC会員によって創造された資料やアイデア、コンセプト等のあらゆる寄与物の所有権は、それぞれの所有者に帰属する。

  • 責任

    • TinCの活動、遺産、オンライン・コミュニティ、その他のコミュニケーションツールは、いかなる法的責任なしに、TinC会員に提供される。
    会員には、TinCの資産の使用に責任を持つことが求められる。TinCとその委員会は、その会員の行動にいかなる責任を負うことはできない。
    会員間のいかなる紛争も、TinCとは無関係に会員間で処理されるものとする。

    東京インタラクションセンターへの入会をもって、当会員登録規約同意書の内容を理解し同意したものと見なす。

    General Membership Agreement

  • Purpose of the TinC

    • The Tokyo Interaction Center (hereafter “the TinC”) is a not-for-profit organization based in Tokyo, Japan.
    Its purpose is the promotion of interaction and user experience through events, publications, collaborations and projects.
    The TinC is open to individuals and organizations interested in interaction and user experience.

  • The TinC Committee

    • The TinC Committee (thereafter “the Committee”) is the sole moderator and administrator of the TinC and its events.
    The Committee can suspend or cancel any membership at any moment.

  • Intellectual Property

    • All contributions (documents, ideas, concepts, etc) made by members of the TinC remain the propriety of their respective owner.

  • Responsibility

    • The TinC activities, premises, online community and other communication tools are presented to the TinC members without any liability attached.
    Members are expected to use the TinC assets with responsibility. The TinC and the Committee can not be held responsible for any actions of its members.
    Any claim between members should be managed between members independently from the TinC.

    By joining the Tokyo Interaction Center you understand and agree to this General Membership Agreement.
